Your On-Site Meeting Scheduler & Invitation Tool

New for 2019, Exhibitors will have the ability to send invitations encouraging attendees to schedule meetings with them during exhibit hours! Invitations will direct attendees to view and book available meeting times on an exhibitor’s online directory listing. Each exhibitor has one appointment pre-populated every 15 minutes throughout the duration of the show, and more appointment availability can be added through the Exhibitor Dashboard in the Exhibitor Resource Center if needed.

Leveraging the invitation tool and meeting scheduler to its full advantage will allow you to do several things:

  • You select the attendees you want to schedule meetings with directly from the registration database
  • Create a preview of attendees who will be visiting your booth
  • Have the capability to allocate resources accordingly, such as additional show staff and meeting areas
